Once the client registered with TAXESbyEXPERTS, the client may choose not to submit the tax return to us, at that moment you may choose to cancel free of charge. In the event where the Tax Return was only calculated, you do not need to do anything to cancel, simply logout without incurring any charges at TaxesByExperts. If the client Registered, Calculated, Agreed to the Terms of Agreement and Submitted the Tax Return to TAXESbyEXPERTS, the client may not cancel since at that point the Tax Return is sent to the IRS and it can not be retrieved.
